OVERVIEW OF SERVICES:
As an Avaya Business Partner, we provide support and service for the following Avaya systems:

• Partner (and all Partner voice mail products)
• Merlin Legend/Merlin Magix (and all associated voice mail products)
• Spirit
• Merlin
• One X Quick Edition
• IP Office

In addition, we are authorized dealers for DuVoice voice messaging systems, Plantronics headsets, and Vodavi STS telephone systems.

We also install and repair computer cabling, racks, and patch panels and install/repair telephone cable for virtually any telephone system.

LABOR RATES:
Our hourly labor rate is $70. There is a half hour minimum, after which labor is billed in 15 minute increments. There is a $75 trip charge per site visit, which includes the first half hour labor.

Most software changes can be handled via a telephone call. If no technician is dispatched, and the call duration is less than 10 minutes, there is no charge for this service. If remote or dial-in programming is required beyond basic telephone support, the rate is $75 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

MAINTENANCE RATES:
Maintenance is provided on a per-phone basis, and is figured at a cost of $7.50 per phone for systems with voice mail, or 6.50 per phone without voice mail. For example, a 24 phone system with voice mail would have a monthly maintenance cost of $180.00. If you purchase a maintenance agreement, any non-warranty work (for example, expansions to system) is done at an hourly rate of $60.00, rather than $70.

Any new system components have a 12-month parts and labor warranty.

REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT INFORMATION:
Refurbished phones for the most common systems (Partner and Merlin Magix) are available both new and refurbished. The cost for new sets varies, based on the amount of equipment ordered and whether or not there is any trade in equipment.

Refurbished Partner sets are available at various prices ranging from $75 to $175, depending on availability. We also rebuild and refurbish existing telephone sets; please call us for rates as they change periodically.

Generally, if we are able to do an on-site quote and measure the distances these rates will be lower if the average run length is less than 150 feet. We do not do on site quotes for less than three locations; we will, however charge you less than the stated rate if the material costs are less. In 80% of our jobs, the costs are lower. In rare cases (where there are extenuating circumstances and long distances) the costs may be higher. If this is the case, you will be notified before a technician begins work.
