REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT
We carry a large inventory of new and refurbished Avaya/Lucent/AT&T telephone equipment. The list below is of commonly used equipment that we generally stock. Please email or call us for individual availability. We carry many other pieces in stock, as well as any new equipment. Pricing on new equipment varies, based on quantity ordered and the availability of existing equipment for possible trade in.

*Many older systems lose their programming during power outages due to backup battery failure. We replace these batteries in our warehouse as systems are refurbished.
We also repair your equipment and return it to you with a full 12 month warranty. Please note that since this option involves sending equipment to the factory, it will be out of your office for 4 to 6 weeks. Cost for this service varies, but generally runs 60-75% of the cost for a refurbished set.
