ABOUT THE OWNER:

Diana Watkins has been in the telecom industry since 1976 (Working in Arizona since 1984.) Starting part-time during college as an assistant to a consultant, she was soon hired by the Bell System where she worked as a programmer on medium and larger systems.

When the Bell System began the separation process that changed them into the dial tone provider and made AT&T the equipment company, she moved to AT&T and the small business market and has been working with small and medium businesses ever since. First with AT&T, then Lucent, and then as an Avaya Business Partner, her extensive experience ranges from sales, sales management, marketing, administration and operations to cabling and technical installations.

Diana is one of approximately a dozen women in Maricopa County (out of hundreds of licenses) that has passed the tests and is the qualified party on the company’s L67 contractor’s license. She has also been product installation certified by Avaya. Coupled with her 6 years in an ownership position of a small company, she offers a unique understanding of the communications needs of a business, both from an infrastructure and cost position.
